At Global Accounting Network we recognise that too many recruitment firms commoditise candidates. For us, candidates are the key to everything we do and we aim to reflect this in our service. Building an open dialogue and trusting relationship with our candidates is central to our success. We impact on their lives and the lives of those around them such as their families and current colleagues, so we always ensure that we remain aware of our responsibility when dealing with peoples professional careers. We aim to make the entire experience of being approached thoroughly enjoyable and uplifting with a longer term relationship of trust and respect firmly established.

We insist on the highest levels of professional communication between ourselves and our candidates to ensure the process is highly efficient, from the initial candidate interview with one of our trained consultants, through to partnering you in those uncomfortable first few weeks in a new role. 

Global Accounting Network works hard to find the right employer for our candidates and spends a great deal of time and effort in opening doors for our best people. As a niche firm, we don't work a volume model and would rather dedicate resources to specific candidates than operate the more volume based, generic recruitment methodology of some of our larger competitors.
