Main responsibilities:

Liaising with colleagues globally and with clients to resolve any unallocated balances
Processing re-allocations as advised by the regional Finance teams
Daily reviewing and posting of incoming client funds to Elite
Responsible for posting and updating of the client account ledgers
Reviewing daily bank reconciliations
Dealing with write offs in accordance with current internal policy and procedure
Assisting with month end procedures
Assisting with auditor’s queries regarding annual statutory audit
Other Ad-hoc duties

We are currently working exclusively with a leading sport media agency who is looking for a Graduate Accounts Assistant. The business is seeing double-digit growth across all markets due to large sporting events happening in the coming year. So this is an exciting time to join the business.

They are looking for someone to help ensure that our finance function is best in class and supports the business as it grows internationally.

Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience communicating with clients regarding payments and debts
Experience working to a monthly timetable is important
Good organisational skills
Strong analytical skills
