Main responsibilities:

Managing the budget and forecasting process, whilst taking on and driving improvements
Creation of financial models to help influence strategic thinking
Build out the reporting packs, partnering with teams outside of finance to tell the story to the executive team
Assist in driving strategic planning and goal setting

Global Accounting Network is currently partnering with a high growth Real Estate business to hire an FP&A Analyst on a 6-month Contract. This is a Hybrid role based in London on a day rate.

At a period of high growth and planned M&A this role will give someone the ability to truly impact the future strategy of the business while working closely with c-suite and key decision makers.

Skills/experience required:

ACA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
Strong financial modelling skillset within proven experience in this area
Experience in analysing balance sheets, P&L and cash flow with the ability to tell a story from the numbers
Experience within a corporate finance or transaction services environment would be beneficial to your application
