Main responsibilities:

Manage the overall finance & accounting function
Manage the year end audit
Ensure Management Accounts are produced accurately and on time
Produce budgets & forecasts with commentary
Manage a small team with 2 direct reports
Produce profitability & business performance reports
Assist with the implementation of a new system
Support the international expansion plans, setting up finance teams and resources where required
Liaise with external accounting & banking partners
Ad Hoc Head of Finance tasks

Global Accounting Network are currently partnering with a luxury retail brand in their search for an interim Head of Finance.

As Head of Finance, this position reports into the CFO and will partner across the whole business to play a vital part in exciting international expansion plans. The key responsibilities will be a mix of statutory accounts, management accounts & FP&A.

Ideal Candidate:

Strong FP&A & Controllership mix
Qualified Accountant
Retail background would be great, at least an understanding of stock
Prior line management experience
Previous experience in a fast growth business who is expanding internationally
Strong system experience, ideally previous implementation experience
