Head of FP&A

We are currently recruiting for a Head of FP&A to join a dynamic and fast-growing business within the property sector. The business has been expanding rapidly, with recent acquisitions adding significant value. Reporting to the CFO, Commercial Director, and Chief Investment Officer. The Head of FP&A will oversee the FP&A function, manage a team, and drive key financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, investment appraisal, and Power BI reporting. The role also includes liaising with the wider finance team across Germany to implement best-in-class FP&A practices.

Skills/experience required: 

• Strong experience in FP&A, ideally at a senior level (Senior FP&A Manager or Head of FP&A)
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, with the ability to pull and manipulate data from systems (writing SQL code is occasionally required)
• Experience in financial modelling, with a strong analytical mindset
• Familiarity with Power BI is beneficial
• Previous experience managing a team, including FP&A Manager and Analyst
• Excellent communication skills, able to work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• Strong process development and procedural skills
• Ability to manage and interpret data from Salesforce
• Experience in pricing strategies and sales target financial analysis
