Main responsibilities:

Responsible for monthly reporting – preparation of financial statements, consolidation of P&L, Balance Sheet
Consolidation of 120+ group entities and working towards improved process into Netsuite
Review and identify areas to improve monthly reporting process
Consolidation of quarterly & annual forecasts
Support annual audit
Preparation of annual financial statements and associated disclosures
Support with external audit, including impairment reviews

Global Accounting Network are partnering with a highly acquisitive energy consultancy on an impressive growth journey. Having grown exponentially over the past 8 years they now operate on a truly global scale. They are currently seeking to hire a Group Finance Manager on an interim to permanent basis. The role will be responsible for the monthly group reporting, preparation of financial statements and group consolidations. In addition, there is a big drive on improving processes and systems.

Skills/experience required

ACA/ACCA Qualified
Experience with preparing consolidation
Experience within a PLC/listed multi-entity environment
Strong excel and system savvy
