Main responsibilities:

Work with the Accounting team to develop and maintain a robust reporting process for both internal (management reporting) and external stakeholders (Tax, Audits & Stats).
Take ownership of subsidiary month end process in line with the monthly reporting timetable.
Preparation of monthly management accounts including full responsibility for the company’s P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement.
Preparation of quarterly VAT returns and submission to HMRC.
Acting as a main point of contact for auditors, preparing lead schedules and ensuring a smooth audit.
Driving business partnering, meeting with key business stakeholders to clearly communicate the monthly Cost Centre performance v budget and explain key variances.
Work with the finance team to develop ingenious automated and controlled finance processes.
Deliver on local and Global initiatives to enable business improvement.
Mentor the more junior members of the finance team as they build their careers.
Ad hoc tasks and projects as required.

Our client, a Global Tech firm is looking for a Management Accountant to join their growing business. The business specialises in Tech which operate across multiple platforms and on an international basis. Through expansion across Europe, they are now looking to branch out and have a number of projects You will sit within the finance function where you will be producing management accounts alongside supporting ongoing financial projects. nr@globalaccountingnetwork.net

The role will be delivering the accounts for the UK division of the business which is the largest entity in the group. As a Management Accountant you will have a duties of business partnering with internal departments, Forecasting and Budgeting.

Candidates will be able to demonstrate strong organistaional skills, the ability to adapt to a changing environment and a strong ability to deliver to deadlines.
Candidates will be ACCA or CIMA Qualified Accountants
You will be a bale to demonstrate your technical accounting skillset including IFRS knowledge and UK GAAP
