Main responsibilities:

  • The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the planning and consolidation activities within the new OneStream system, which will be implemented throughout 2025.
  • This system is replacing two legacy tools and plays a crucial role in integrating the Consumer Panel Services (CPS) division following the company’s acquisition.
  • As OneStream System Manager, you will play a vital role in the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing operation of the platform.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional Finance teams to ensure the smooth execution of monthly and year-end consolidations, streamline planning cycles, effectively manage assumptions, and automate reporting and financial disclosures.
  • Additionally, you will ensure that system integrations are executed with the necessary controls in place.

We have partnered with a Tech Company based in London to seek a OneStream System Manager. This is a key role reporting to the Head of Group Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) with a dotted line to the Head of Group Finance, who leads the consolidation process. Skills/experience needed: 

  • Bachelor's or equivalent degree in finance, information systems or related field, or similar gained through experience
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing the OneStream Planning and Consolidation system
  • In-depth knowledge of financial planning, consolidation processes, and report development
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and related data, such as NetSuite, SAP, and CRM platforms like Salesforce or equivalents
  • Analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues
  • Expertise in leveraging data for reporting in OneStream and through tools like PowerBI (or similar)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively
