Main responsibilities:

Generate sales invoices e.g. rent demands, balancing SC charges/credits, ad hoc demands
Upload approved service charge budgets onto business software
Assist Property Manager in managing Service Charge Accounts, Eg:.:reconciliation of service charge accounts including drafting and correction/adjustment, monitoring void service charges and caps, resolving any service charge queries from tenants and auditors
Periodic review of invoices and transactions posted ensuring they are correctly coded
Carry out corrections, journal entries, accruals and prepayments working with Finance Team
Ad hoc tasks e.g. compilation of completion statements etc.
Assist with new software Yardi Voyager onboarding Personal Attributes

Family-owned property investment group of companies and entities who directly manage mixed use commercial and residential portfolio, with a concentration in Central London. Job Role This is a newly created role. We are looking for a Property Accountant to manage sales invoicing and assist Property service charge, which is a part of the Finance function. This role involves working closely with Property Managers. Experience in property industry as well as software system Yardi Voyager is highly desirable.
