Main responsibilities:

Ownership of the full management accounts process for 5 entities across EMEA
Management of the year end audits across EMEA entities including GAAP conversions
Support with local regulatory compliance and reporting including corporation tax

Global Accounting Network are currently recruiting for a consulting firm who are in a period of high growth, primarily through acquisitions.

Due to ongoing growth, there is now a need for a qualified accountant, proficient in German to look after their European entities (where there is a key concentration in Germany).

While you will be sitting in a broader team of 7, you will hold ultimate responsibility for your own portfolio of 5 entities.

Skills/experience required:

German language ability – professional working or fluent

Qualified Accountant – ACA or equivalent

Hands on management accounting experience in an international environment

Accounts preparation experience within a practice environment would also be considered

Experience with German GAAP would be highly beneficial to your application
