Adrian is a recruitment veteran with some twenty years of experience in the industry. Despite this tenure, and despite recruitment being an emotional rollercoaster, his love for the industry persists. Tessa is an incredibly motivated and driven member of the team, utilising all her experience of supporting rapid growth in a range of companies to aid the development at GAN, although with perhaps marginally less enthusiasm than she attacked her early role as Cake Tester (yes, really). Tessa runs the operations of the business with an unwavering determination but always with a smile, covering her proverbial iron fist with a fluffy glove. It helps that she is a former thai boxing and crossfit champion, which means if we annoy her she can not only catch us, but can also kick us.

Matt joined Global Accounting Network at board level to work closely with Adrian in delivering UK and international growth. To be hired at this level in GAN, he had to have had a fantastic pedigree in a career littered with high performing teams, strong business results and delivering exceptional client and candidate solutions, and he will gladly regale you with this over a pint. Since joining Matt has added significant value to the team, strengthening the business and working with the board to deliver a really strong vision for the future.
