Aimed at graduate level sales people looking to build a career in recruitment, The Academy will provide the complete recruitment toolkit. It’s a chance to earn whilst you learn with an Associate Consultant job waiting at the end. Combining classroom training, at desk work with active clients, 121 coaching and a mentoring scheme the course will arm you with all of the hard and soft skills required to be successful.
There is both and art and a science to Recruitment. This eight-week programme has been developed to train both, all in a performance-based work environment.

The Academy is a practical learning environment encompassing sales, account management, marketing and business modules. The Academy offers non recruiters the opportunity to learn all of the skills required to start your GAN career. However, your development journey does not stop there. Every recruiter has a Personal Development Plan with clear goals to enable career development. Through on the job training, external courses and development based KPI’s the following levels are attainable.
Full 360 degree recruitment role. You will have a significant amount of autonomy to build your own desk. You will work with senior candidates and clients.
In addition to your own desk the Senior Consultants role is to mentor juniors, support business development and account development initiatives. You will have strategic market development goals.
As a Business Manager you are a senior on the team. You are the go to person for strategic account issues. You will be responsible for building key accounts, new revenue streams and additional areas of the business.
This is a first formal step into Management. As such you will be responsible for the motivation, development and support of your team and its goals. This is a billing manager position with responsibility for your own revenue in addition to that of the team.
As a Director you are part of the strategic growth of the business. In addition to day to day recruitment or management responsibilities you will drive growth initiatives that form part of the mid/long term vision.
