Main responsibilities:

You will leverage your experience of working with clients on the full lifecycle of deals from pipeline and origination though to closing the deal.
You will have autonomy working on deals- end-to-end- (they are working on multiple now and have an ever-growing strong pipeline) under the guidance of the Managing Director.
There is opportunity for progression within the team and occasional travel to Amsterdam.

An international investment advisory boutique firm that is growing the headcount in their Central London office and now looking for an Associate to join their team. Focused in the Technology, Energy & Mobility sector (TEM) they advise their client on their deals and fund raising activity.

Skills/experience required:

Degree from a reputable university
3-6 years’ experience in M&A working on the full lifecycle of deals, ideally from a small investment bank or equivalent
Motivated to come into the office 5 days per week
Good numerical reasoning skills, but more importantly, a strong understanding of the relationship between data, strategy, and execution
Experience in deal execution (including client interactions, financial modelling, data analysis, and project management)
An interest in the sector is desirable
