Main responsibilities:

Research, analysis and financial modelling
Assisting with long term strategic initiatives and growth plans
Acting as a point of contact for the private equity firm, delivery business updates and presentations
Work closely with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally, through to and including C-Suite

Global Accounting Network are currently partnering with a private equity backed business in the logistics space. Due to an influx in investment, this business is now looking at building out a brand new Corporate Development team, to support the growth journey from a financial/strategic standpoint.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with experience in corporate development / deals within a consulting environment, wanting to add value in an in-house position where you can see projects through from start to finish, and beyond.

Skills/experience required:

ACA qualified (or equivalent)

Qualified through an audit scheme (such as Big 4)

Experience working in a specialist team within practice (i.e. corporate finance, deal advisory, TS etc.)

Strong communication skills, confident and able to speak to stakeholders at a variety of levels
