The Event Accountant role is a unique and exciting opportunity for a qualified finance professional to work closely with sports events. The position offers the chance to be the key finance contact for these events, providing valuable financial insights and support to the Event Directors and Operations teams.

The Event Accountant will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate financial planning, scenario analysis, and timely reporting, contributing to the successful execution of globally recognized events. Skills/experience required:

• Qualified ACA / CIMA / ACCA or equivalent.
• Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent accounting knowledge and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage and reconcile large data sets effectively.
• Exceptional planning and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
