Finance Assistant

Main responsibilities:

• Assisting finance team in the month end process including monthly reconciliation and reporting which allows us to keep to our annual business targets and goals
• Accurately code and process supplier invoices; reconcile to supplier statements
• Handle any supplier queries and ensure responses are sent promptly
• Processing employee expenses and ensuring compliance to company regulation
• Processing suppliers and employee expenses for weekly payment runs
• Completion of monthly credit card reconciliations
• Respond to enquiries from the business in a timely and professional manner: Resolve queries in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Manage banking and petty cash
• Completion of weekly bank reconciliation, multiple currencies
• Provide support to the client teams by raising POs
• Ad hoc payments and being on hand to answer any queries they may have
• Assisting with reconciling intercompany balances on a monthly basis
