Main responsibilities:

Own the reporting cycle for the UK & a number of other territories
Manage the intercompany reporting & reconciliation process
Prepare statutory financial statements for the UK inline with FRS 102
Manage the external audit process
Review the UK balance sheet recs and reporting pack
Ensure all accounting standards and policies are kept up to date
Oversee one Management Accountant
Ad hoc reporting tasks

Global Accounting Network are partnering exclusively with an international sports organisation who are looking for an interim Finance Manager to oversee the fastest growing division within the group. As the interim Finance Manager, this will report into the Finance Director and have plenty of interaction with international stakeholders. Ideal Candidate: • Fully Qualified Accountant • Prior audit background is ideal • Previous month end & year end experience • Previous group reporting & US company exposure is beneficial • Strong working knowledge of FRS 102 • Multi-currency experience
