Main responsibilities:

Leading the team focused on product control and reconciliations across the front office, trading side of the business
Taking a leading role on any finance transformation projects across the department
Proactively identify gaps in controls and areas for process improvement
Build and maintain relationships across the business, both inside and outside of finance

Due to ongoing growth, they are looking for a Manager to join the business with a focus on managing a team responsible for product control and reconciliations across the front office, trading side of the business.

This is a senior leadership role with the ability to lead in transformation projects across the department.

Skills/experience required:

ACA qualified (or equivalent)
Qualified through an audit scheme (such as Big 4)
A confident people manager, with the ability to lead teams through high periods of change and transformation
Strong IFRS working knowledge is essential
Fintech or financial services “product control” knowledge or experience will be highly beneficial to your application
