Finance Operations Manager role is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop transactional finance teams in a high-volume, multi-currency environment. This position is central to ensuring strong financial controls, efficient processes, and exceptional stakeholder relationships. The role offers the chance to oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Banking operations, while driving continuous improvement and implementing best practices. With direct reports and a collaborative culture, this position provides the opportunity to make a significant impact while supporting the company's ambitious goals.

Skills/experience required:

• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, and cash management processes.
• Proven experience managing high-volume, multi-currency invoice processing environments.
• Experience leading large teams in a dynamic finance environment.
• Excellent knowledge of financial controls, reconciliations, and balance sheet integrity.
• Competence in preparing cash flow forecasts and managing payment cycles.
• Understanding of statutory audit requirements, VAT, tax compliance, and internal control frameworks.
• Experience working with multiple bank accounts and currencies.
• Desirable: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline and accounting qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent).
