Main responsibilities:

Overall management of the team and finance function
Building out the team and management
Investor relations and presenting to investors
Working with the CEO on Commercial finance activities
Management of forecasting and budgeting process
Working alongside CEO on acquisitions

Global Accounting Network are currently exclusively recruiting for a large housing association. They are looking for a Financial Controller to join their team to leverage their experience working with the government with grants for housing.

This is a great opportunity as they are looking for this person so grow into the CFO position. Currently this role will report to the CEO.

Skills/experience required:

Qualified accountant ACA, CIMA (or equivalent)
Experience in a Financial Controller position or similar from a housing association or company that deals with grants
Hands on attitude
Experience of process improvement
