Fixed Asset Manager

Main responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the fixed asset portfolio to optimize financial and operational performance.
• Review and analyse monthly property financial statements.
• Responsible for the timely coordination, review and monitoring of reports prepared by property management to ensure conformance to operating budgets, management plans and regulations.
• Ensuring implementation and compliance with IFRS 16.
• Manage and maximize portfolio cash flow, ensuring compliance and managing risk.
• Monitor project activities regarding quality and cost control issues.
• Resolves related problems and concerns seeing projects through to completion.
• Identifying inefficiencies in current process and implementing new processes applying project management principles.
• Line manage two direct reports in the Fixed Asset Management team.
• Business partner across the business regarding the impact of the Fixed Assets on the P&L.
• Coordinate cross department issues, mutual projects and concerns with other department team members.
