This FP&A Manager role offers a unique opportunity to join the finance team during a pivotal transformation period. Reporting directly to the Group Head of FP&A, the successful candidate will play a key role in standardizing reporting processes, automating financial models, and delivering actionable insights to leadership. This position is ideal for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong analytical skills and experience in higher education or subscriber-driven business models, particularly within the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) or broader B2C sectors.

The FP&A Manager will work on impactful projects, including designing scalable processes, building dashboards, and collaborating with various functions across the organization. This role provides the opportunity to contribute to strategic decision-making and influence the financial direction of a global education network.

Skills/experience required:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Extensive experience in FP&A or financial modeling, ideally within a multi-entity environment.
• Proven expertise in advanced Excel modeling, including pivot tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, and XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH.
• Strong knowledge of integrated 3-statement financial modeling (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query) and/or Unit4 (or similar ERP FP module).
• Prior exposure to standardizing reporting packs across multiple business units.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present analysis in concise slide decks.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to driving projects forward.
