Main responsibilities:

Management and development of one direct report
Managing the delivery of the budget and quarterly reforecast process
Ownership of the long-term strategic planning process
Development of new analysis to deliver commercial insight across the business

Global Accounting Network are currently partnering with a private equity backed business in the logistics space.

They are now looking to hire an FP&A Manager to manage the budget and quarterly reforecast process for the business, alongside coaching and developing one direct report.

Outside of the planning cycle, your role will be heavily project focused, being the lead on any ad hoc analysis, systems upgrades or strategic projects.

Skills/experience required:

CIMA qualified or equivalent

Experience taking a leading role in the budgeting and forecasting cycle, including presenting relevant information to the business

Experience owning an area of the business, being involved in business cases and presenting to ELT.

Strong Excel skills, with PowerBI and Modelling ability being an added bonus

Experience with people management, whether directly or indirectly
