Main responsibilities:

  • Preparation of the monthly consolidated accounts, including commentary on transactions
  • Owning the year end audit process, including the preparation of statutory consolidated accounts
  • Contribute to analysis around the numbers, including the ability to present directly to senior leadership
  • Drive process optimisation including automating processes where able

Global Accounting Network are currently partnering with a private equity backed business in the logistics space.

Due to internal progression, they are now looking to hire a Group Accountant into the team. 

Skills/experience required:

  • ACA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Qualified through an audit scheme (such as Big 4)
  • Experience leading on audits under IFRS 
  • Strong working knowledge of group consolidations
