Main responsibilities:

Group accounting, supporting the team with month end close
Responsible for the Capex process including monthly accounting process
Business partnering to maintain relationships with key budget holders (including c-suite)
Ownership of the Management Accounts
Preparing financial statements for the annual report
Budget and Forecast vs Actuals
Financial reporting controls

Global Accounting Network are partnered with a huge, well-known name in Media. Our client is looking for a Group Accountant to join their friendly team based in Central London.

This is a very broad role so you will have the opportunity to work on budget, forecast, KPIs and analysis, management and financial accounting. The draw for this role is variety of the role and their warm and inclusive office culture!

Skills/experience required:

Qualified accountant, through an audit scheme or from an industry scheme
Experience of working in a group finance team
Strong communicator used to partnering with Senior Finance team.
