Main responsibilities:

Perform monthly consolidations and intercompany reconciliations
Preparation of financial statements at both subsidiary and group level
Deliver technical accounting updates on any new standards
Preparation of the annual consolidated statutory accounts including management of the annual audit

Global Accounting Network are currently recruiting for a FTSE-100 listed client based in Middlesex.

Due to an internal move, they are now looking to hire a Group Financial Accountant to support the wider group from a financial reporting standpoint.

You will be sitting in a small but high performing team who are in the office around x3 days a week. Despite being just outside of London, there are plenty of opportunity for socials and multiple cafes and food spots within the office.

Skills/experience required:

ACA qualified or equivalent

Audit background within a practice environment essential

Strong consolidations experience/knowledge (either through audit or in a hands-on capacity)

Experience with IFRS
