Group Financial Controller

Global Accounting Network have partnered with a US Listed Multinational business based in London to seek a Group Financial Controller to be a key member of the Finance Leadership Team. This is an exciting role for someone to progress and grow within the business. Reporting into the Group Finance Director and managing a good size team. 

We are seeking someone who can manage the group finance function which is mostly the US technical finance bits and pieces. You will be responsible for financial controls, monthly/quarterly/annual consolidation and external reporting, global accounting processes, and finance systems for the whole Group. 

Skills/experience required: 

• CPA/CA/ACA Qualified with 15 years + experience in US GAAP as a Controller/Finance Director.
• Ideally worked in a matrix style organization.
• Can deal with change.
• Technically strong with extensive knowledge and understanding of US public company/SEC regulations, IFRS GAAP and SOX controls.
• Passionate about Accounting Standards. 
• Strong team management – 10+ years managing a sizeable team. 
• Working closely alongside C-Suite and Business Partnering with the Senior Finance Leadership team.
