Main responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver accurate group financial reports in compliance with IFRS and other relevant standards.
  • Support the consolidation process for the company’s financial statements.
  • Support the group budget and forecasting process with the FP&A team
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Assist in the preparation of board-level reports and presentations.
  • Identify and implement improvements to financial reporting processes and systems.
  • Provide technical accounting advice and support to the wider finance team.

Skills/experience required

  • Newly Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) ideally from a top audit scheme like Big 4.
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge, including IFRS and financial reporting standards.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with stakeholders across the business.
  • Experience in a corporate or group reporting environment is desirable.
