Head of Finance

We’re looking for a dynamic Head of Finance/Financial Controller to oversee the company’s financial operations and guide the company through the next phase of growth. This is an exciting opportunity to influence strategic decision-making, lead financial reporting, manage treasury functions, and help us scale our global operations.

As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll work directly with the C-suite and be integral to high-level decisions that set the course for our expansion and success. Skills/experience required:

• A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with 5-10 years of post-qualification experience in a Head of Finance or Financial Controller position.
• Proven success in financial leadership, preferably in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
• Experience managing international financial operations and supporting strategic partnerships.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and risk management.
• Demonstrated ability to build and implement financial systems from the ground up.
• Excellent analytical and modeling skills to inform key decisions.
• Experience in upstream energy or related industries (such as natural resources) is a plus but not required.
