Main responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit UK corporate tax computations and returns.
  • Support local tax advisors with overseas corporate tax returns.
  • Manage VAT returns in the UK and EU jurisdictions.
  • Oversee SAO compliance and support tax risk management.
  • Collaborate with finance to prepare tax provisions and disclosures for financial statements (IFRS).
  • Manage cash tax payment calculations for all group entities.
  • Prepare and maintain Transfer Pricing documentation and ensure compliance.
  • Assist with CBCR and Pillar 2 returns.
