Main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the timely processing of monthly payroll across the EMEA regions
  • Comply with all internal audit requirements in line with FCA regulations
  • Liaise cross-region and country to deal with any complex payroll issues
  • Lead on all payroll related issues across EMEA from a functional and operational level
  • Work with local regional teams to ensure zero tolerance on errors is met
  • Liaise with external payroll providers to ensure workflow and deadlines are met

Global Accounting Network are partnered with a global investment management firm in their search for an EMEA Payroll Manager. As part of the global operation, this role will focus specifically on the EMEA region payroll, operating across 25 locations and c.400 headcount.

Skills/experience required: 

  • UK & EMEA payroll experience
  • Experience within Financial Services
  • Payroll systems - ADP Streamline preferable
  • Excellent communication skills, able to deal with multiple stakeholders
