Main responsibilities:

Coordinate the gathering of results & monthly packs
Provide clear insightful commentary & analysis on performance for each territory
Consolidate the weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting for several territories, including their quarterly/annual forecasting & budgeting
Produce a group monthly finance pack for senior leadership
Develop board reports for each forecast and annual budget
Drive continuous improvements in processes and policies within Group FP&A
Ad Hoc FP&A & project work

Global Accounting Network are partnering with a leading real estate client who are looking for an FP&A Analyst to join for an initial 6 month contract. As the FP&A Analyst, this position reports into the FP&A Manager and will have constant interaction with stakeholders as the Finance Director leads the FP&A function to a best in class set up.

Ideal Candidate:

Qualified Accountant ideally
Strong monthly reporting & FP&A experience
Very strong excel skills with the ability to manipulate large data sets
Excellent communication skills
