Main responsibilities:

Lead cross functional reviews in order develop and implement new global processes around the following:
Period-end close
Balance sheet reconciliations
Reporting (statutory and management) & project accounting
Fixed assets
Tax & Treasury
Take a leading role in the ongoing SAP S4 Hana implementation
Manage the outsourced technical SAP team and work closely with the SAP master data management team
Partner with IT to identify key integration points between existing systems
Develop training guides to embed the new processes within R2R & SAP
Update relevant documentation
Ad Hoc R2R tasks

Global Accounting Network are partnering with a global media client who are looking for an R2R Process Owner to join on an initial 6 month contract, potential temp to perm for the right candidate.

As the R2R Lead, this will report into the Transformation Director and will be responsible for defining the future R2R processes. Including design, architect, implementation, go-live and the steady state with an ongoing focus on continuous improvement.

Skills/experience required:

Qualified Accountant
A Proven R2R lead with prior process change experience
MUST have SAP implementation experience
Experience working within a global organisation
Media or Entertainment sector would be beneficial
