Main responsibilities:

Focus on putting together a strategic plan, identifying all controls, risks, looking at enterprise risk management.
Building out frameworks, working with the Big 4 advisors who do a lot of the work currently.
The role will work with the CEO, Audit Committee Chair and indeed the CFO.
This person will have had extensive experience of embedding controls and frameworks.
They will keep up to date with technical changes, through going on external courses, dealing with advisors.

Stand alone lead audit role which will grow a team and eventually turn into a director level position.

Skills/experience required:

Qualified ACA/ACCA Accountant with considerable PQE
Ideally both practice and industry experience in internal audit
Setting up an internal audit function
