Manage a portfolio of c.80 clients, under both IFRS and UK GAAP
Management of a broader team of 8, ensuring a high calibre of work produced for clients
Jump in and be hands on in the production of accounts when required

Skills/experience required:

ACA/ACCA Qualified Accountant
Experience from a small to mid-size accounting firm, preparing accounts (specifically management accounts & VAT)
Experience managing and conducting appraisals, even if just for 1-2 people
UK GAAP experience
Xero accounting software experience
Confident personality with the desire to be involved in business development
