Main responsibilities:

PL inbox and distributing Pos to contract support
Coding invoices and posting to Sage
Reviewing invoice queries and liaising with appropriate teams to resolve
Setting up and maintaining supplier accounts
Supplier statement reconciliation
Preparation of weekly and monthly payment schedules
Assisting with payment runs
Resolving supplier queries
Vehicle postings- congestion, fuel cad, dart tag- liaising with fleet administrator to ensure accuracy
Code and process expenses

Experience and knowledge of Evolution / FSI Go
Proficient in Excel, Word, Powerpoint
Confident Decision Maker
Very Strong Communication Skills
Ability to Manage Conflict
Financial Knowledge and Understanding of Credits, Accruals, Pro-Rata
