Main responsibilities:

Reports directly to the Group Revenue Controller
Manage two direct reportees
Approval of in advance invoices.
Monthly in arrears billing inclusive of revenue share calculations
Ensure coding of all invoices is accurate and correctly allocated
Maintaining various revenue schedules
Monthly preparation of aged debtors and bad debt recommendations to support month end
Oversee timely collection of customer payments and monitoring invoicing procedures
Deputise for AR staff during times of absence
Other Ad hoc work as initiated or require

Their commitment to innovation and excellence has stood out in the industry, and they are seeking a talented Revenue Manager to join their dedicated team on a Maternity Cover basis. This role will be for 12 months, with potential for extension.

As our Cover Revenue Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Accounts Receivable function and Revenue recognition process across the Group. Reporting directly to the Group Revenue Controller, you will oversee various aspects of revenue management, including invoice approval, billing, debt management, and financial reporting.

Skills/experience required:

Experience of revenue analysis
Experience of cashflow management.
Understanding of full AR process
Desire to learn and utilise Workday Financials to the full.
Building strong working relationships outside and inside of Finance.
A continuous improvement ethos
Detailed, organised and flexible
