Main responsibilities:

Lead revenue accounting and month end close.
Partnering with operational finance and accounting team ensuring accurate margin reporting, P&L and balance sheet questioning variances.
Analytical review and production of reporting packs for stakeholders
Review of balance sheet reconciliation up to trial balances
Oversight of the order to cash process to ensure accuracy of revenue and margin reporting.
Review of processes, challenging control processes
Challenge the optimization of ERP systems.

Global Accounting Network are currently partnered with a US listed Software business on a major hiring project. They are looking for a Senior Accountant to join their UK team in a fully remote role.

In this role you will be the number two in the Revenue Accounting team and leverage your experience in revenue recognition, sox control and reconciliations as well as partnering with the Sales Operations team. You will also supervise the other accountants in the team.

Skills/experience required:

Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
Post-qualification experience in revenue recognition.
