The Senior Finance Manager - Tech and Ops position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, partnering with commercial and operational leads to ensure accurate financial reporting and strategic decision-making. Skills/experience required:

• Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/CA) with over 3 years of post-qualified experience.
• Previous experience in a business partnering role supporting multiple stakeholders.
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
• Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivots, Sumifs, Power Query).
• Previous line management experience and ability to coach and develop a team.
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload effectively.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and SAP/BPC is desirable.
• Experience in a similar TV production environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of MS Power BI/Tableau is advantageous.
