The Highlights: Our Event Discussing Employee Engagement, Motivation and Retention

On 11^th April 2016, we held an Evening of Inspirational Speakers sharing their experiences onEmployee Engagement, Motivation and Retention at BAFTA 195 Piccadilly. 

We were thrilled with the turnout of senior members of Management, Finance and HR who each wanted to be audience to a discussion about the challenges of effectively engaging with and motivating a team. We learned about the steps that can be taken to truly inspire a workforce and build an environment where people want to thrive and work to their full potential.With a line-up of two knowledgeable speakers and hosted by BBC Presenter Lizzie Greenwood-Hughes, we were able to learn about specific experiences within in the business world and how these were overcome.
