Inspiring Women is a platform to encourage female speakers, mentors and ambassadors from the sports and adventure world to share valuable lessons learned and provide insight with business professionals. Catherine has experience in international leadership, elite performance, goal setting, confidence building, sport to business transition, re-motivating, and challenging, and has learned to love telling her story and come to understand and recognise the value of sharing transferable skills and experience from the sports world to the business world.
